JACKWHIPPER AND MEG
Jack and Meg are Kinbaku rope teachers and performers.
Jack found his way into rope via his life long pursuit of mixed martial arts and has been tying for over a decade. Grounded strongly in his physical understanding of the human body through martial arts and medical study, he has developed a unique style of Hojojutsu based rope control.
Meg is a trained physical performer and has been rope modelling for 5 years. As well as body strength, flexibility, breathing, grounding and pain management techniques she is a strong advocate for communication, negotiation and awareness when it comes to the psychological intricacies of Kinbaku.
They first performed together at the London Festival of Rope Art ’15 and have enjoyed teaching and performing both in the UK and abroad since, most recently Germany and Taiwan.
"Just wanted to say how much I loved your performance. It was the hottest rope I've seen live and woooowwwwwwww! Thank you!"
"Such a great dynamic you two have, and so great to see how dynamic you can be with rope! One of the best performances I've seen!"
"I just wanted to say thank you for the demo you did tonight at Xtasia. It was very powerful and resonated deeply...watching the play of emotions across your face and your physical reactions is breath taking!"
